NOTICE TO GENERAL PUBLIC IN RESPECT OF HOUSING ESTATES FORMERLY ACQUIRED BY AHOCOL SAVINGS AND LOANS LTD. (IN-LIQUIDATION)

The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), official liquidator of the defunct AHOCOL SAVINGS AND LOANS LTD. (In-Liquidation), hereby calls on allottees and other interested parties of the following underlisted estates previously acquired by the failed bank and now under the custody of the NDIC as Liquidator, that a verification exercise and physical reconfirmation of Land Allocation will be carried out by NDIC officials on the scheduled dates below. The estates are:

1)Legacy Housing Estate (Phase 1, 2 & 3), Mgbakwu – 27th Wednesday, 2025, 2pm – 5pm

2)Chukwuemaka Housing Estate (Phase 1 & 2), Mgbakwu – Thursday 28th August, 2025, 9am-5pm

3) Ifeodioranma International Housing Estate (Phase 1 & 2), Mbakwu– Friday 29th, 2025, 9am – 5pm

4)University Campus Estate (Phase 1 & 2), Ukwulu – 9am – 5pm, Friday 29th, 2025

5)Millennium Housing Estate (Phase 1 & 2), Urum – 9am – 5pm, Saturday, August 30th, 2025

6)Oriental Housing Estate, Aguilera – 9am-5pm, Saturday, August 30th, 2025

VENUE: Emperor Melaine Hotel, Unizik Junction, along Enugu/Onitsha express way, besides Parktonia hotel, Awka, Anambra

Please Note that adherence to the above stated times and dates is mandatory. Allottees are expected to come with documents evidencing purchase, allocation and title in addition to a valid means of Identification.
